System design and description



- The blower is used to realize the circulation of talcum powder in the box.
- The blower is controlled by a frequency converter, which can be set at different frequencies to achieve different air speeds.
- The dust entering the blower is pre-screened.
- A vibrator is used to vibrate the dust scattered on the walls of the chamber down to the screen.
- According to the test requirements into the appropriate amount of dust, not more than 4kg
- The equipment is equipped with a sample pumping system, when you need to use the sample in the box and the pumping interface connected to the negative pressure.
- The pumping system consists of a vacuum pump, a dust filter, a differential pressure sensor, an air flow meter and a flow control valve.
- After calculating the pumping flow rate according to the test requirements, the required flow rate can be achieved by adjusting the flow regulating valve.



- By blowing air or fan (blowing air is used in this unit), the dust is lifted up at regular intervals and distributed evenly in the box.
- Different levels of dust concentration can be realized by setting different blowing pressures.
- The test temperature is 20℃±15℃ and the test humidity is 45% RH~85% RH.
- There is a heating plate attached to the wall of the box, and the temperature inside the box can be set to achieve the appropriate temperature and humidity.
- Temperature and humidity sensors are installed inside the chamber to collect the temperature and relative humidity.
