High-performance components

Compressor

Adopting 12HP BITZER semi-hermetic reciprocating compressor, using R407 refrigerant, can get nearly 30kw of refrigeration power at 0℃, to meet the requirements of rapid refrigeration of ice water.


Circulation pumps

Grundfos CMI series, multi-stage horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pumps, can meet the requirements of various concentrations of salt water and sand and dust media, the maximum flow rate of up to 10m3 / h, light noise, reliable performance



Pressure sensor

Measuring range 0~5bar, 316 stainless steel, to meet the requirements of corrosion-resistant media, better than 0.3% of the full-scale accuracy, threaded connections, easy to disassemble calibration




Flow Sensor

Ultrasonic measuring principle, supports all test media including deionized water, non-contact clamp mounting, corrosion-free, high service life, repeatable measurement accuracy of ±1.5% of full scale



Lift

Gear bar lift with self-locking function, lifting weight up to 200kg, adapted to the test of large samples, the lift can work in parallel, lifting process is smooth and reliable, long service life



Nozzles

Nozzles meeting the requirements of ISO 16750-4 5.4, made of 316 stainless steel, resistant to corrosion by various test media.



Three-way switching valve

Pneumatic actuator three-way ball valve, PVC valve body, good corrosion resistance, simple and reliable operation



Controller

Siemens SIMATIC S7-1200 controller, integrated PID_TEMP function ensures accurate control of the tank temperature, and efficient operation capability ensures real-time controllability of the system.



Nozzle Adjustment

The nozzle is fixed on a moving platform and can be moved horizontally and vertically by means of a screw and a DC motor. The operator interface is equipped with a point-and-click button, which facilitates the adjustment of the spraying position on the test product.


Switching and sharing between spraying and submerged test

The equipment is designed with two containers, the bottom water tray and the submerged water tank, which are distributed to meet different test requirements: for the submerged test, the equipment uses the submerged water tank, which is transparent and convenient for observing the test condition of the specimen; for the spray test, the submerged water tank is taken out, leaving enough space for spraying, which is convenient for adjusting and controlling the spraying position.



Adequate threading holes, convenient for electrical and water connection.

Equipped with 4 Φ100mm electrical ports and 2 Φ19mm water pipe ports, fully adapted to the requirements of electric drive assembly load test.



Easy to clean

Large bottom water pan with multiple drainage holes for easy cleaning and drainage, shortening the conversion and preparation time between dusty and non-dusty tests.
