High-performance components

High Pressure Piston Pumps

Stainless steel pump head with special gaskets for operation at pressures up to 150 bar and water temperatures up to 85°C, with flow rates in excess of 20L/min.


 Pressure sensors

Test range 0~160bar, adaptable to medium temperature up to 135°C, better than 0.3% full scale accuracy; threaded connection for easy disassembly and calibration.


Flow Sensor

Ultrasonic measuring principle, non-contact clamp-on mounting, supports applications with line surface temperatures from 0 to 85°C, repeatable measurement accuracy of ±1.5% of full scale


 Solenoid Valves

Direct-acting piston solenoid valves with special sealing technology for operating temperatures up to 140°C and pressures up to 103 bar; vibration-proof coils for reliable control.

 Nozzles

Embedded ceramic high-pressure fan nozzle, special hardened stainless steel, working pressure up to 200 bar, fan spray angle to meet multiple test standards.


Practical and safe design

 Nozzle adjustment

The bar clamp that holds the nozzle is free to move on a sheet metal track, and the bar can be moved back and forth and rotated in the clamp to ensure that the test can be performed on a variety of sample sizes; in addition, we offer a wide range of bar lengths, which can be changed to achieve the purpose.


 Sample Installation

Water-proof rotating platform, up to 75Kg load capacity (larger load capacity optional), multiple linear rails for easy installation of test specimens; cable slip ring application solves the need to energize the specimen when rotating.


 Pressure Regulation

The special VBS-HT high-temperature water bypass regulator is easy to operate and can be accurately adjusted to the required injection pressure with the high-precision WIKA shock-resistant pressure gauge.


 Separation of water and electricity

The design and division of water and electricity separation in accordance with the safety requirements of the plant, effectively guaranteeing the safe operation of the equipment while avoiding the occurrence of safety accidents at the site of use.



Simple and easy-to-use operation


- The main signals and alarm triggers of the equipment are displayed, such as power supply phase sequence, motor failure, tank door signal, etc.
- Tank temperature, pipeline pressure, pipeline flow and rotary speed curve display
- Nozzle operation and timing display for each angle
- Test progress display
- Equipment operation information display
- Protected run and stop touch keys, each operation needs to be confirmed.






 

- The spraying time of each nozzle can be set individually, and nozzles with a spraying time of 0 do not operate.

- The interval time between two neighboring nozzles can be set, and an interval time of 0 means continuous spraying.

- The interval time between each test cycle can be set, and an interval of 0 means continuous operation.

- Rotary table speed setting up to 20r/min

- The maximum value of water tank temperature setting is 85℃.

- Each parameter modification needs to be saved before taking effect.
