Temperature control process during production

Preheating process:
- Heating the product before gluing to increase the fluidity of the glue and prevent the occurrence of shrinkage, unevenness, inability to fill the flow channel and other gluing defects.
- Heat the product before processing to improve the processed characteristics of the product.
- Heat the product before filling to dry the filled space.
- Heating the product before assembly, using the thermal expansion and contraction characteristics of the assembly space to increase the success rate of assembly.

Curing process:
- Glue curing: products with thermosetting glue need to be heated and kept for a period of time after glue application to make the glue cure.
- Curing of filler materials: Special fillers require heat to change the material properties to achieve the designed physical properties.

Thermal testing process:
- Testing at a specific temperature, heating the product to test, widely used in the high reliability requirements of electronic components off the line test

Aging Process:
- Before the product comes off the production line, the use of high-temperature environment to accelerate the aging of the product, product quality inspection, to find out the possible early failure of the product

Cooling process:
- Products that need to be heated for the process need to be cooled before transportation or packaging.


Working Principle



The rotary furnace consists of:
According to the process requirements to be met by the equipment, the rotary furnace mainly consists of the following functional modules
- Furnace body: provide a cavity that can be insulated to hold the product and structure;
- Temperature control and airflow circulation system: using fans and heaters to circulate the airflow, control the temperature inside the furnace body and make the temperature inside the furnace uniform;
- Rotating mechanism: using servo motors, reducers and bearings to form a rotating mechanism that can control the rotating speed and position of the turret and fixture;
- Turret and jig: support the products, easy to put in and take out;
- Control system: control the rotation speed, angle and door opening timing according to the process parameters, store the program and data;
- Information system: cooperating with the MES system of the production plant, scanning the products and storing the data during the process;
- Safety system: equipped with grating, thermal switch and other components to ensure the safety of products and operators during the process.

Equipment operation:
- Manual operation: after setting the time, etc. to meet the time will light up, the operator presses the corresponding button, the furnace door opens, manually remove the product, while prompting to continue to put in a new product;
- Automatic operation: with the manipulator action, according to the requirements of the upper and lower stations, use the clamping jaws to put the products in or take them out, to complete the full set of process, the whole process does not have any manual participation.

Rotating frame structure:
Shelf structure is designed according to the size and gripping characteristics of the product.

Features of rotating shelves:
- The bottom of the shelf is convenient to support, can be reliably connected with the rotating turret, and transfer the weight of the products and the rotating shelf to the turret, the shelf has good bearing characteristics;
- The shape of the shelf is reasonable, the product will not slip out after being put into it, and it is easy to locate;
- The surface of the shelf is smooth and all burrs are removed to prevent scratching the products;
- Good ventilation effect of the material rack, which can effectively make the air convection and improve the uniformity;
- The height of the material rack is well-designed, which is convenient for manual or robotic gripping;
- Rigidity of the frame is sufficient, easy to locate, and convenient for robots to grasp the loading and unloading materials;

Furnace temperature measurement description:
- CH1~CH4: the center point of 1~4 layers of material grid near the return air outlet;
- CH5~CH8: near the front door at the center of 1~4 layers of material grid;
- CH9~CH12: near the air outlet at the center of 1~4 layers of material grid;
- CH13~CH16: 1~4 layers of material grid center point near the back door;
- CH17: the center point of material rack;
- The set furnace temperature is 88℃, and the measured uniformity is ±1.5℃.
