The first business cooperation between AcutechTechnology and Kunshan Magna Automotive Systems Co.

Acutech Technology recently secured a new order for a "Walk-in Waterproof Test Chamber" from Magna (Kunshan), marking the initiation of its first official business collaboration with the Magna Group.

Magna Closures (Kunshan) Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. was established in December 2003, being the first subsidiary invested by Magna Closures in China. Magna Closures is a leading supplier of advanced door lock components and electric systems in the global automotive industry, and is also recognized as an advanced player in vehicle integration and project management. Its product portfolio spans across a wide range of door systems, including multi-directional door systems, side-door modules, electric sliding door systems, electromechanical systems, window regulators, and door lock systems.

      The ordered equipment model, QS-WT-T36KRS-15000CSP, is a custom-designed comprehensive walk-in waterproof test chamber tailored by JiaRui Technology specifically for Magna. This chamber meets the waterproof testing requirements of IPX3 through IPX6 (inclusive of IPX6K), as well as those outlined in JISR1/R2/S1/S2 standards. With a maximum swing arm diameter of 1600mm, this unit covers all products manufactured at the client's factory.

      Acutech Technology will fully commit to the research and manufacturing of this equipment, striving to enhance the overall waterproof testing capabilities of the client's laboratory.
