Acutech Technology has successfully delivered two sets of multi-layer tunnel furnaces to Bosch Group in Germany, which was highly recognized by the customer.

    The two sets of tunnel ovens were ordered by Bosch Automotive Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd (PA-ATMO3), together with other core production equipment, to form a complete set of production line, which will provide services for Bosch Huawei Steering Systems Co., Ltd and Bosch Automotive Products (Suzhou) Co. At present, the equipment has been installed in place, and is carrying out all the approval work before production.

     The multi-layer tunnel furnace, different from the traditional single-layer tunnel furnace, greatly saves the floor space of the production line and improves the production capacity per unit area, which is fully in line with the Bosch Group's concept of Industry 4.0 for the future, and optimizes the layout of the whole production line, which is highly affirmed by the customer. At the same time, this equipment also gets rid of part of the dependence on imported equipment of the same kind, and can provide faster and more convenient services for customers locally, which is also an important reason for customers to choose us. Through the close cooperation with the customer, especially the close cooperation with other stations in the production line, the technical level and project management level of Garex Technology has been greatly improved, which is a solid step for Acutech to better serve high-end customers in the future.
