System design and instruction

 

Use air blowing machine to realize that talcum powder circling in the box

The air blowing machine controlled by the frequency transformer, able to realize different air speed through set different frequency

The powder dust which enter into air blowing machine all have passed through filter grid in advance, use vibrator vibrate the powder dust which disperse on box wall into filter grid

Place into suitable powder dust volume according to test requirements, not exceed 4kg

The equipment configured sample vacuuming negative pressure system, connect the sample and vacuuming negative pressure joggle in box when need use then okay

Vacuuming negative system formed with vacuum pump, powder dust filter, pressure difference sensor, air flow meter and flow adjustment valve

Achieve the required flow through adjust the flow adjustment valve after calculated the air bleed flow according to test requirements

Box wall stick heating plate, achieved the purpose that reduce the humidity in box through heating to rise temperature in box

Installed the temperature & humidity integrated sensor in box to collect the temperature in box and the relative humidity

System setting and operating

 

① Equipment main signal and alarm trigger indication, such as air source pressure, power supply phase sequence, cabinet door signal, etc

② Test box setting temperature, real time temperature and real time humidity curve indication

③ Test box setting temperature, real time temperature and real time humidity curve and air speed digit indication

④ Running mode, vacuum circuit relative pressure and flow indication

⑤ Vibrate period, dust blow period timing indication

⑥ Test schedule indication

⑦ Equipment running information reminding

⑧ Protect type running and stop touch keys, each one operation all need be confirmed
