Purpose of circling corrosion test is reappear the corrosion types in outdoor corrosion environment. CCT test exposed the samples into circling environment with a series different conditions. QS-CCT series test box able to process 7 types standard test: salt spray, dry, moist, constant temperature, static place, salt water flow spraying and constant temperature & constant moisture. The above modes able to freely arrange through programming and automatic circling. |

Mode—salt spray — Transmit the corrode solution in the liquid storage box to balance barrel through anti corrosion pump, the balance barrel and liquid absorb level of nozzle keep same liquid level — The compressed air lead to nozzle after wet by saturation barrel — Nozzle atomized the corrode solution to be corrode vapour fog, corrode vapour fog evenly distributed in the test box after pass through the spreading tower — Spreading tower designed according to ISO 9227 and ASTM B 117, used to guarantee that evenly distribute the vapour fog; left and right in test box each set one group spreading tower, guarantee even and stable big test box volume — Box cover at double layers design and configured big area transparent observe window; interior layer adopt CPVC materials, smooth, anti corrode and high temperature; box cover angle designed according to ASTM B 117, guarantee the vapour fog not drip in test box after formed to be water drops — Keep temperature in box stable at setting value through transmit vapour to test box — The equipment will automatically start air venting mode after salt spray mode finished, to avoid the salt spray affect the equipment and environment |

Mode—Static place — Open test box cover, make samples exposed in lab environment — Test box temperature is lab temperature, the test box humidity is lab humidity — If the pre-order mode is salt spray, salt water flow spraying or moisture, the equipment will automatically start air venting mode before open box cover, avoid the vapour fog in the test box pollute the lab. Air venting mode similar to dry mode, now air heater not start. |

Mode—constant temperature & constant moisture — Open shift valve and isolate valve, close fresh air valve and air venting valve, the test box be at interior circling mode — The performance of air heater is heating, the performance of evaporator is reduce temperature and remove moisture, the performance of humidifier is heating and humidify — Two groups PID control air heater and humidifier independently, compressor coolant valve fix speed control, realize that relative humidity and temperature in test box keep at set value — Temperature in box: 15℃ ~ 75℃ — Test box temperature distribution deviation: ±2℃ — Test box temperature wave: ±0.5℃ — Humidity in box: 20% RH ~ 95% RH — Test box humidity distribution deviation: ±5% RH — Test box temperature wave: ±2% RH — If the pre-order mode is salt spray or salt water flow spraying, the equipment will automatically start air venting mode before start this mode, avoid the vapour fog in the test box pollute the air channel elements. Mode—flow spraying — Flow spraying function used in some automobile corrode test standard, such as GMW3172-9.4.8 — Transmit the solution to specially fixed nozzles through anti corrode pump, evenly flow spraying on the samples; flow adjustable — Nozzles installed on the spray tube, able to be disassembled easily when use atomize function, prevent nozzles blocked — More bigger flow spraying liquid and more higher flow speed compare to the atomized liquid fog under atomize function — The solution after flow spraying not be retrieved and recycling — The equipment will automatically start air venting mode after flow spraying mode finished, avoid the salt fog affect the equipment and environment — Able to optionally configure swing flow spraying to meet some standards, such as Ford CETP 00.00-L-467 — Able to order 300L automatic liquid filling system, to guarantee enough solution when at flow spraying mode, needn’t operators repeatedly fill it |
